The production of goods to customer specifications is achieved through our QMS – Quality Management System. Our QMS is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by UKAS Accredited certification body, Certification International (UK) Ltd.
We have two Mitutoyo Status CMM machines both running on PC Demis software.
The scope
The scope of our registration covers the whole business: precision subcontract CNC machining and turning, milling and conventional machining including wire eroding electro discharge machining (EDM).
We operate
We operate with a separate inspection room equipped with a Mitutoyo Co-ordinate Measuring Machine and a comprehensive set of inspection gauges and measuring equipment. Our inspection equipment is regularly calibrated.

Our trained inspection staff are accustomed to inspecting a wide variety of precision components for a wide range of customers in the scientific, design, marine and motor racing sectors.

For those customers who have their own inspection regimes and requirements we will happily liaise with them and embrace their local inspection criteria and requirements.
service
Occasionally we have been asked to operate an ‘inspection only’ service and we are happy to provide this service if the customer so desires.
Certificate of Conformance
When requested we can produce Certificate of Conformance reports which detail piece part traceability to raw materials.
